Kontrola čísla ověří formát a existenci zadaných telefonních čísel.

`$result` je pole, jehož klíče jsou telefonní čísla.

## Kontrola kreditu

Třída `BulkGate\Sdk\CreditChecker` vrátí zůstatek peněženky, ke které je
aplikace připojená.

Obě kontroly vyhodí `BulkGate\Sdk\ApiException`, když API vrátí chybu.
