## How to get the credit

2. Wait for the request to be approved — we will send you the result within 48 hours.
3. Once approved, the credit is added automatically to the **main wallet** of your new account.

> The free credits are given to each customer once. If the system finds that you have already received them on another account, the top-up may be declined.

## How many messages the credit covers

Credit is not a number of SMS. How many messages you can send with it depends on the recipient's country and the sender type — you will find the prices in the [price list](https://www.bulkgate.com/en/helpdesk/general-information/using-price-list/).
