## How can I cancel my campaign?

> [!NOTE]
> You can only cancel campaigns with status `Scheduled` or `Pending`. Campaigns with any other status cannot be cancelled.

To cancel your scheduled or pending campaign:

1. Click `SMS and Viber` in the left sidebar menu 
2. Click `Campaigns`
3. In the list of campaigns, find a scheduled or pending campaign (you will see the status `Scheduled` or `Pending` in the` Status` column) and click on `Cancel campaign` icon on the right. Or click `Dashboard` icon and then click on the `Cancel campaign` button under campaign ID number on the top left.
