## How can I activate or adjust [Admin SMS](https://www.bulkgate.com/en/sms-plugin/) message template?
To activate and adjust Admin SMS message template:
1.	Go to `Admin SMS`
2.	Select which template you want to activate and click on it
3.	Adjust the message template. Use variables from the `Personalize message` menu. You can instantly see how the message template will look like in action and what the length of the message is
4.	Choose appropriate [sender type](https://www.bulkgate.com/en/helpdesk/sms/sender-type/)
5.	Activate [Unicode](https://www.bulkgate.com/en/helpdesk/sms/unicode/) if you want
6.	[Select admin](#how-can-i-add-or-activate-a-new-admin-for-a-message-template) or admins who will be receiving the message when the template is activated
7.	Activate the template in the right-upper corner
8.	Click `Save`

> [!WARNING]
> Please note that if you lack any data for the selected variables, the administrator will receive the admin SMS without the selected variable. In other words, if your New order message template for Admin SMS has a text “<customer_firstname> ordered 1x Fender Stratocaster…“, and you lack the customer’s first name, the variable <customer_firstname> will be empty. You, or other admin, will therefore receive message “ ordered 1x Fender Stratocaster...“

## How can I add or activate a new admin for a message template?
To add or activate a new admin for a message template:
1.	Go to `Admin SMS`
2.	Click `Admin manager` in the right-upper corner
3.	Click `Add administrator`
4.	Fill the form
5.	Click `Save`
6.	New admin is now available for every message template
7.	Select for which template you want to activate a new admin and click on it
8.	Simply click on the button next to the admin’s name to activate him/her
9.	Make sure the message template is activated, otherwise activate it in the right-upper corner
10.	Click `Save`
