## How to register new text sender ID to Spain
To ensure your SMS traffic to Spain is successfully delivered without being blocked by network operators, you must register your alphanumeric sender ID (alias) in the official Spanish CNMC registry.

Please follow the step-by-step registration process below.

### Step 1: Register your alias on the CNMC portal
Log in to the official CNMC alias registry portal and submit your registration request for the alphanumeric sender ID you want to use. You need to provide proof of your legitimate right to use the alias (such as trademark documentation, company registration certificates or domain ownership).

### Step 2: Select the originating provider (PRO)
In the PRO (Providers) section of the application, select **TGS** as your primary authorized messaging provider.

### Step 3: Add TOPefekt s.r.o. as an authorized third party (Tercero)
In the Terceros (Authorized Third Parties) section, you must declare our company as your authorized aggregator. Enter the following details:

- Company name: TOPefekt s.r.o.
- Legal representative: Lubomír Kozák, CEO
- VAT: CZ29444268

- Role: Authorized Aggregator / Technical Intermediary

### Step 4: Confirmation and activation
Once the CNMC approves your registration, notify our support team and provide proof of approval. Upon confirmation, we will enable your sender ID for SMS delivery to Spain via the BulkGate platform.
