Texto próprio para cada destinatário

Campanha agendada com proteção contra duplicados

same_number descarta qualquer mensagem adicional para um número que já esteja na campanha; same_text descarta apenas as mensagens com texto idêntico. tag identifica a campanha para posterior consulta.
