SMS Terms
Effective from July 23, 2026
These SMS Terms govern the text messages BulkGate sends to you as a user of the BulkGate Portal. They apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions. These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent to mobile numbers in the United States; messages to numbers in other countries are governed by our Terms and Conditions and by applicable local law.
1. Program description
BulkGate sends one-time verification codes (OTP / two-factor authentication) to the mobile number you provide when you register an account, and when you sign in from a device we do not recognise. This is a transactional messaging program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
2. Consent
By entering your mobile number and requesting a verification code, you agree to receive a verification SMS from BulkGate at that number. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in section 5.
3. Message frequency
Messages are sent only when you request a verification code. Frequency therefore depends on your own login and verification activity and may vary.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. BulkGate covers the cost of sending these verification messages and does not bill you for them. Depending on your own mobile plan, however, your carrier may charge you for receiving text messages or for data usage. Any such charges are set by your carrier, not by BulkGate. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from this program. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Please note that opting out may prevent you from receiving the verification codes required to access your account; in that case, choose a different verification channel in your account settings.

6. Carriers
This messaging program is supported on major US mobile networks, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability.
7. Privacy
SMS opt-in and consent data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For details on how we process your personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
BulkGate may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
