Which devices and carriers support RCS messaging?

RCS messages are widely available on Android devices, typically through the Google Messages app, and are also supported on iPhones with iOS 18 and later. While major carriers worldwide are increasingly activating RCS, coverage may vary by region.

How do I get a verified RCS Business profile?

You initiate the request through BulkGate after signing up. We'll guide you through the required documentation and submit the application. Approval typically takes 3–7 business days.

What rich media and interactive elements does the RCS API support?

Our RCS API supports sending text (up to 3,072 characters), images, videos, standalone files (e.g. PDF), carousels, rich cards, suggested replies (quick reply buttons), and suggested actions (URL buttons). You can combine these elements to create engaging, interactive experiences.

How does SMS fallback work with the RCS API?

Our platform first tries to deliver via RCS. If RCS is unavailable or delivery fails, the message can be sent automatically as standard SMS or through another configured channel. Manage the RCS, WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS cascade through the Business Messaging API.

How can I track message delivery and interactions?
