About the GoHighLevel SMS integration

BulkGate SMS by VoxFlow connects your BulkGate account to HighLevel as your SMS provider. Messages from workflows, bulk campaigns, appointment reminders and manual conversations go through the BulkGate SMS gateway. Replies come back to the unified Conversations inbox.

To send messages, you need your own BulkGate account. You can reach more than 200 countries and regions, and our pricing lists the rates for each country.

The app does not support custom sender IDs, Viber, WhatsApp, RCS or MMS.

How much the integration costs

BulkGate messages

You pay BulkGate for sent messages at the rate for each destination country. No monthly fee and no minimum spend.

VoxFlow fee

VoxFlow charges a separate module fee of USD 0.01 per outbound SMS message, not per segment. It is billed through the HighLevel Marketplace, and VoxFlow does not charge it for inbound messages.

How to connect HighLevel with BulkGate

Install the app

Find BulkGate SMS by VoxFlow in the HighLevel Marketplace and install it.

Connect your BulkGate account

Paste the Application ID and token from the HTTP Advanced API and set up a webhook in the BulkGate Portal to receive replies.

Select the SMS provider

Select BulkGate SMS as your messaging provider in HighLevel and send your first SMS.
