What the Welin SMS integration can do

- Reminder before the visit: you choose when it is sent, most often 24 or 5 hours in advance.
- Cancellation notice: always sent, whether the appointment is canceled by the client or by you.
- Custom message templates: edit the text in the admin panel and add variables such as service, date and time.
- Cheaper messages without diacritics: without accented characters, a single SMS can hold up to 160 characters, compared with just 70 with diacritics.
- Credit overview: you can see your balance in the admin panel, and if it drops below a threshold you set, you get an email alert.
