LatePoint SMS addon allows you to send SMS notifications and reminders to your LatePoint customers and agents via BulkGate. Customers are instantly notified when they successfully book appointments and agents also receive SMS notifications of new bookings for their services.
Whenever the status of an appointment changes, LatePoint SMS addon dispatches SMS notifications to the agent and customer(s), ensuring they are always kept in the loop. Additionally, SMS reminders are sent at specified times before a scheduled appointment to both the customer(s) and agent of said appointment.
As a LatePoint user, you can also schedule customized follow-up SMS notifications to customers and/or agents with a survey, a thank you message or any other after-sales activity you choose.
To send SMS notifications from the LatePoint SMS addon, you need your own BulkGate account.
