Using price list
Where you find the price list
Prices differ from country to country, from operator to operator and by the sender type you use. You find the overview in two places:
| Where | What is there |
|---|---|
The portal — Price list in the left menu |
Prices in the currency of your wallet, plus the price in credits and the Price calculator |
| The public price list on the website | The same without logging in, for every channel we offer |
You switch the channel (SMS, Viber and others, depending on what your account has enabled) on the left, or in the channel menu at the top.
What the price list shows
Above the list there are two fields: Select country and Top up amount. If you
have several wallets in the portal, a Wallet field is added as well — prices
can differ from wallet to wallet.
Below them is the list of sender types. For each one you find:
| Item | What it means |
|---|---|
| price | The price of one message excluding VAT. From in front of the price means it differs by operator — without it the price is the same for all operators |
| default sender | The number or text the message arrives from, for example +420602123456 |
Registration |
The sender has to be registered first |
economy |
A cheaper variant of the sender with limitations, described in the note next to the type |
Two-way SMS |
The recipient can reply |
Unicode |
Handles accented characters and emoji — ✓ or ✗ |
Delivery report |
Delivery information is returned — ✓ or ✗ |
Monthly fee and Setup fee |
The highest amount operators in that country may charge for a registered sender |
Registration period |
How many days the registration with the operator takes |
For SMS you expand a sender type with the arrow on the right and see the prices of individual operators — in the portal also converted into credits, together with the monthly fees, setup fees and registration period of that specific operator.
The top-up amount changes the prices
The higher the amount you top up at once, the higher the bonus credit you get
with it — and the lower the resulting price per message. The Top up amount
field only switches which level the prices are shown for; it orders nothing.
The price list opens on the highest top-up level, so it shows the lowest
possible prices. Before you calculate the cost of your campaign from it, switch
Top up amount to the amount you really intend to top up.
Price calculator
The calculator answers the question "how many messages will I send for this
amount". You open it with the Calculate price button next to a sender type.
- In the
Enter amount in(your wallet's currency) field type how much you want to spend. Sender types with a single price have anEnter number of messagesfield next to it, so you can go the other way round — you always fill in just one of the fields, the other one clears itself. - The calculator shows the
Bonus creditsin percent, theMessage countand thePriceper message. When prices differ by operator, the message count is given as a range from the most expensive to the cheapest operator, and expanding the row shows the counts per operator. - Below are the
Bonus offers— higher top-up levels with a higher bonus. Each one shows therechargeamount, the message count and the price, so you can see what you would get by topping up more.
The Back button returns you to the list of sender types.
You can top up credit straight from the price list with the Top up credit
button in the upper right corner — see
Topping up credit.
