Credit transfer

When credit can be transferred

You can move credit between your own wallets and split your funds by purpose — for example marketing campaigns separately from operational messages.

There is one condition: both wallets must be in the same currency. So you can transfer credit between two wallets kept in credits, or between two wallets in the same currency (euros, for instance). A transfer between wallets with different currencies is not possible.

Note

The Transfer credit button appears in the portal only once you have at least two wallets in the same currency. If you cannot see it, you are missing a second wallet in the same currency — create one, or connect an existing one.

How to transfer credit

  1. Click Wallets in the left menu of the portal
  2. Above the wallet cards, click Transfer credit
  3. In the dialog pick the Source wallet — the one to draw from. The main wallet is marked 🥇 in the list
  4. Pick the Target wallet. The list becomes available only after you choose the source wallet and offers wallets in the same currency only
  5. Enter the amount in the Amount field
  6. Click Confirm transfer

How much can be transferred

A single transfer moves at least 1 and at most 20 000 units of the currency or credits. Outside that range the portal refuses the transfer with Credit amount is out of range (1 - 20 000).

You cannot transfer more than the source wallet holds — in that case you will see Insufficient funds.

What happens after the transfer

The portal confirms the transfer with Amount was transferred. The funds move immediately: they are deducted from the source wallet and added to the target one.

In Transactions you find two new records — Transfer (-) on the source wallet and Transfer (+) on the target one. The note of both names the source and the target wallet.

If you had a low credit alert active on the target wallet, the transfer cancels it.
