How to register new WhatsApp sender

If you wish to use WhatsApp Business for messaging, please provide us with the following information. These will then be used to register the WhatsApp sender, which will then be displayed to the recipient in the message details:

Company email address
Phone number you have registered with WhatsApp Business and wish to use
Company photo/logo (not required)

Important

To register, you must have downloaded the WhatsApp Business app and created an account here (not the regular WhatsApp Messenger). When registering with WhatsApp Business, we recommend using a business phone number or a phone number that is not used for your regular WhatsApp Messenger.

Important

The user must have an active payment method in their Meta account (which includes WhatsApp Business account), which will be used to charge for conversations initiated via WhatsApp Business messages.

Important

A business Facebook account must be created (https://business.facebook.com/).
