Transactions

What you find in transactions

Transactions are a statement of credit movements on your wallets — top-ups, charges for sent messages, transfers and refunds. You find them in the portal under Payments > Transactions.

Every row of the statement shows:

Column What is in it
icon a green + for revenue, a red − for a cost
Type the type of transaction and, below it, a note — for sent messages the recipient's number and the campaign identifier
Wallet the wallet balance after this transaction and the wallet name
amount and time the amount with its sign and the date and time the movement happened

Types of transactions

Credit is added (Revenues) by types such as Charge, Bonus credits, Refund credits, Transfer (+), Complaint (+) or Currency change.

Credit is deducted (Costs) for sent messages — SMS, Long SMS, Viber Promotional and others by channel — and by the types Activation, Sender Type, Services, Transfer (-) and Complaint (-).

Filtering the statement

There are two filters above the table:

  • Date range — Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Change Interval for a custom range, or Turn off for no limit
  • Filter — Wallet (when you have more than one), Type of transaction and Activity with the options Revenues and Costs

The filters can be combined and the export follows them too. In the bottom bar you choose how many rows you want Per page (10, 20, 50 or 100) and page through the statement.

Note

A custom interval can be at most 6 months long. The portal refuses a longer range — list older periods in several parts.

Export to CSV

The Export selected button in the upper right downloads the statement as a CSV file. Exactly what your filter selects is exported, and the file name carries the date of the download.

The columns hold the wallet, the time of the transaction, the type of transaction, the note, the amount with its sign and the balance after the transaction. Times are in your account's time zone.
