How to prevent the OS from closing Mobile Connect app?

To users of the Mobile Connect app who want to prevent the app from being closed in the background by Android, we recommend the following steps:

1. Lock the app in memory:

Open a recent app and find Mobile Connect. Then press and hold the app to see the options and select "Lock" or similar. This will leave the app running in the background. The other way to do this is to open system settings, go to the apps section, go to system settings, open optimization, go to increase speed, go to lock apps, and activate the toggle switch for the app you want to move the app from unlocked to locked.
