Reports
What is the report for?
A report is a summary of the messages you sent over a chosen period. It does not list individual messages — it gives you totals: how many messages went out and what they cost, broken down by day, operator and country. That makes it useful for invoicing and for comparing costs between countries or channels.
If you need to trace a single message, its recipient or its delivery status, use the History instead. Reports only work with totals.
How do I download a report?
- Click
Reportsand thenDownload reportin the menu - Set the period in the
Fromandtofields. It is prefilled from the first day of the current month to today - In the
Filterfield choose what you want to narrow the data by - In the
Valuefield pick the specific value — for selection fields you simply choose it, for text fields you confirm it with theAddbutton - Repeat steps 3 and 4 if you need more conditions. Added conditions appear above the filter and can be removed one by one

Download report
The period can span at most 6 months. No report is produced for a longer range.
What can I filter the report by?
| Filter | What it narrows |
|---|---|
Country |
the recipient's country |
Tag (TAG) |
the custom marking you gave the messages |
Status |
the delivery status of the message |
Wallet |
the wallet the messages were paid from |
Sender name |
the sender shown on the message |
Application ID |
the application or integration the messages were sent from |
Channel |
SMS, Viber, RCS or WhatsApp |
Conditions add up — the report then contains only messages that satisfy all of them at once.
What does the downloaded file contain?
The report downloads as an XLSX workbook with three sheets. Each sheet looks at the same data at a different level of detail:
| Sheet | One row = | Columns |
|---|---|---|
days |
a day and a network | day, month, iso, country, operator, network_code, count, cost, date, channel |
networks |
an operator | iso, country, operator, network_code, count, cost, channel |
countries |
a country | iso, country, count, cost, channel |
The count column is the number of messages, cost their price in credits and channel the channel used. The networks and countries sheets end with a total row that sums count and cost with a formula; the days sheet has no total row.
For messages sent over Viber, RCS or WhatsApp the operator column holds the channel name, because no specific network is recorded for them.
Why did the report not download?
The most common reason is that no messages exist for the chosen period and filter. In that case no report is created — widen the period or remove one of the conditions.
The download also fails when the From–to range is longer than 6 months, or when one of the dates is left empty. Check that both dates are filled in and try again.
